Good Luck to all Leaving Cert Students over the coming weeks.

I studied English literature planning to be a writer (which there is always time for) and now I'm a happy baker, making things with my hands and feeding my town.

I have a friend who studied to be an engineer and is now one of the most talents chefs I know.

Just remember that whatever the result, you never know where your journey will take you.

Failures build character as much as the successes.
